Kristin Savilia is a retail and ecommerce industry leader with a wealth of experience in building online platforms to support marketplace transactions. Prior to JOOR, Kristin was President of the Local Marketplace at XO Group Inc. (NYSE: XOXO), parent company to The Knot, generating $95MM in annual revenue and 68% revenue growth. Kristin has also held buyer and regional director positions at Macy’s and Linens N’ Things.
Derek has over 13 years of experience as a digital entrepreneur and technical lead. Prior to JOOR, Derek was the founding engineer for Google's G Suite product and served as its technical lead for six years, growing the team to over 100 engineers and the product to 40 million customers. Derek was also the Deputy CTO on the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, responsible for the data infrastructure, engagement, mobile, security, and operations teams.
Jennifer has 20 years of experience in sales, operations and marketing management in industries including finance, beauty, and media/technology. Prior to JOOR, Jennifer provided her operational expertise to companies such as Estee Lauder, L’Oreal, Bumble and bumble, and to large-scale consumer marketplaces including XO Group. Jennifer also spent 10 years in financial services sales and operations, notably working on the JPMorgan trading floor to help take the first internet companies public.
Lotti is a seasoned product leader who has spent much of her 14+ year career focused on helping to digitally transform the retail space. Before joining JOOR in 2018, Lotti spent over five years at Borderfree (acquired by Pitney Bowes) as a product lead. The global e-commerce platform served some of the world’s most well-known retailers including Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Target, Williams Sonoma Group and Neiman Marcus Group.
Tom has 20 years of finance experience directing early-stage technology companies through accelerated growth, M&A, and successful exits. Prior to JOOR, Tom was the VP of Finance with ecommerce provider Borderfree, guiding it through revenue growth from $39MM to $125MM, an IPO, and a successful sale for $490MM. Tom was also the VP Finance at IntraLinks, which achieved revenue growth of over 50% and an IPO which raised over $300MM.
James has 15 years of experience leading innovative engineering and product teams, building award-winning products, and creating partnerships for tech companies that were #1 in their industry or on track to be, across verticals as diverse as consumer electronics, telecommunications, and biotech. In addition to executive roles he has consulted on innovation and commercialization as well as operational excellence for McKinsey & Company.
Jon comes from an AdTech and SaaS background, spanning 12 years in traditional and new media. Most recently, he was the head of sales for an AI data startup and before that, leading Enterprise Sales for mobile marketing leaders Groundtruth and Verve. He's driven over $100MM in new revenue for the outposts he's been a part of, and is responsible for scaling JOOR’s new brand business globally.
Amy has dedicated her 15+ year career to helping brands figure out who they are and how to connect with their audiences. She has built and led marketing teams for brands like Spotify, charity: water, Quantcast and Boll & Branch and has spent time consulting with brands in fashion, technology, HR and consumer goods. Amy spent the early years of her career in Australia as a copywriter, marketer for a national home improvement brand and running her own boutique agency.
